Thanks so much for selecting Pawsitively Chic for your grooming needs and we look forward to seeing you at your upcoming appointment. Due to the state restrictions on COVID, we have changed our drop off and pick up procedures and a few other policies to keep you and our staff safe.

-At this time, customers are not allowed to enter the building like normal. Our staff will meet you at the door and safely escort your furbaby inside.

-We require masks when you are dropping off/ picking up your pet. Our staff will be wearing masks and are required to wear them to help ensure we all stay healthy!

-When you are dropping off please make sure your pet is on a leash or in a carrier. Please refrain from carrying your pet as it is harder for our staff to avoid contact. Our staff will greet you and take your furry friend quickly. Although it will be quick please know we are taking great care of your pups and will reach out if we have any questions.

-If you have any lengthy information to share with us about your pet please do so via phone so we can ensure the quick pick up / drop off.

-When you drop off you will be given an estimated time for return. Our staff will give you a 15 min heads up for the completion of the groom. Via call or text. Due to limited space, all pets must be picked up within 30 minutes after we inform you they are ready. If you are unable to pick up within the half hour, we will be charging a *fee of $15 for every 15 minutes*. Unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.

-Payment, we are accepting cash, check and venmo. At this time we are *not* accepting credit/debit cards.

-A friendly reminder that timeliness is extremely important and appreciated by our staff. We are trying to accommodate as many clients as possible and
if you are late, we may not be able to take you. We have implemented extra
cleaning protocols in the salon in between pets, as well as booking
appointments so more than one client is not dropping off at the same time
as another.

-Please be mindful of social distancing especially if another customer is
waiting outside the store. Give them some space, we will take care of you
soon. If the weather is bad, please feel free to wait inside your car until
you see us coming.

-Please know that due to limited staffing, many of our employees are
working remotely. The best form of communication is via phone (call or text).

Thank you for keeping your family & our staff safe and healthy and supporting our small business!

-Appointments need to be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 1/2 price of the service. We respect your time and assume you
respect ours. We are understanding to last minute emergencies, however a no
tolerance to not showing for an appointment.  If you are running late, please call or text the salon and see if something can be worked out. If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment we can consider it a no show and you will be charged a 1/2 price service fee that will be added to your next bill. If you are more than 15 minutes late but still arrive
,we may not be able to complete the full service in the time you’ve left us
before our next appointment.

-We do require all pets to be up to date on the rabies vaccine. Please bring us a copy when  you drop off , or have your vet email a copy to us.

-Quoting a price of a groom can be very difficult since there are many different factors that go into the process. Once we start working on your pet we may notice things we weren’t aware of and there could be an extra charge. The most common reason for a price increase is due to matting. Our matting prices range, based on how serious it is. Another reason is the temperament of your pet. Not all pups are happy with the grooming process and require extra time to complete the groom.  We will always try to point out any extra charge when dropping off, but sometimes we don’t catch it until the groom has started. We will do our best to notify you.
